PS3 80029564 error

So I have been trying to install gran turismo on my slim ps3 with 4.91 HEN and its been giving me the error 80029564, my steps were, use *** Official PlayStation Store *** app, and then split the 14gb pkg and install on my ps3 but i have been getting the error, please help me

i dont know why it changed to "official playstation store" but it was "not official playstation store"
