Is there a way to activate the system as primary without psn (as it is closing next month) on hen jailbroken ps3 in order to get act.dat file as reactpsn is not compatible with hen

only the store is closing. PSN online play, game updates, and re-downloading games you already bought should be fine at least for a while longer.

eventually, hen (or whatever we are using then) will have the ability to generate act.dat file.
