Does an adapter to connect PS2 MC to Windows PC really exist or is it a myth? Is it possible to install opl, ulaunchelf, funtuna, update files using this adapter?

I'm going to look for this device on aliexpress
Can this adapter open an MC image created by Anihilator on a Windows PC to edit the files and folders contained therein?

I own the adapter. I just discovered a couple days ago that it works with PS2 cards (I was using it for PS1 cards). It uses the libusb-k driver iirc. I don't know if it works with images. The adapter is intended to get saves from your cards on to the PS3. The PS1 app for it on PC is GUI, dunno if there's something like that for PS2. The low-level stuff like you're wanting may force you to use cli.

There is no clone of this device. On aliexpress the only reader you will find is based on the MemCARDuino which only reads PS1 memory cards. And seriously, it does not support PS2 Memory cards

On ebay, the original adapter is the same price as Memcard pro2, which does everything this adapter does and is a real memory card as well.

You can put a payload image (ulaunchelf, funtuna, etc) into the pro2 sdcard, once you are booted up, select a new virtual memory card and restore your MC anhilator image. after restoring, you can manage your saves on the pro2 using pc or the web interface, as well as exporting the saves into different file formats to be used by any of the save editors or emulator images

@opssemnik His goal is to edit image to restore it on real card. And editing because he don't want format pendrive from exFAT to FAT32 to be started recognize by FMCB (FunTuna) without BDM Assault. Which have totally zero sense but that what he want to do only... ;)
I was talking about the app.
And I answered to OP post. But anyway, it is probably something lost in translation or he didn't realized that "PS3MCA" is not "PS3MCA Tool".
