PS3HEN After PS3 crashed, HEN could not be installed

My PS3 is running firmware 4.92HFW+HEN. In XMB, I saw "HEN TOOLBOX DISABLED," and after selecting "enable," the console system crashed and kept restarting.
Later, following the system prompts, I installed firmware 4.92.1HFW during the restart by pressing the select and start buttons simultaneously. The installation was successful, but the system information showed version 4.92, not 4.92HFW, and I couldn't activate the exploit to install HEN. I tried multiple times using both installation methods, but both failed. I reinstalled 4.92.1HFW multiple times, but the problem persists; I can't install HEN. It seems like the system is running 4.92OFW, not HFW. However, the firmware was downloaded from https://www.psx-place.com/threads/hfw-4-92-1-hybrid-firmware-official-release.46954/, so it should be OK. Does anyone know what's wrong?

You must provide more context about your issue like console model, the HEN installer you've used, the error message (and code) that shows on screen, etc.

Nobody can help you with broad messages like "I can't install HEN".

Thank you. I reinstalled 4.92ofw and then installed hfw, and successfully activated the vulnerability to install HEN.
