Allowing PS3 DEX/CEX for GEX SYSCALLS

I was talking about sourcecode from 3141card. this would be for a CEX CFW, to add Watchdog syscalls.
maybe your dongles got broken or there are other flags, dunno about this at all

don't get me wrong, and I don't want to sound like a prick, but I am probably too tired atm, cause I have not slept and some other stuff has killed my nerves just yesterday

have uploaded the sources. maybe another one can make use of this, but I am not able to atm and only on weekend I have enough time

As i said brother, dongles are OK, i dont know why my ps3 is refusing to use watchdog now, if you will boot GEX game on your system without I/O u will get watchdog timeout resulting in reboot of system, in my case (now) PS3 will try to find the I/O for ages instead of rebooting

Bump, iam getting new dongle to re-program it, maybe its faulty tested on spare PS3 just to check that i got in the same error

Those syscalls needs to be unlocked.

there is an arcade cfw made by joonie a long time ago that works. you could try that, but first you need to contact him. the firmware also works on ps3 slim with 0xA0 tid

Hell yeah, idk why on CECH-L3 it was working, and stopped after 6BR converted dongle
even with new dongle it doesnt work at all, error not found

I don't know what works and what doesn't, it's a standard CFW without any COBRA features.

Discovery is this,
those syscalls from GEX are blocked in LV2 preventing to execute them on other IDPS than GEX
it needs to be flashed to A0 idps.

You probably need to be on GEX OFW 3.55 or lower to install that CFW on your 357 system
