Just update to the latest HFW then install HEN, and you are ready to go
Or you can google 'ps3-updatelist.txt' if you are on older fw and try that

If on HEN you can run PSN Patch. Been using it as a plugin in all my systems. Works great but there isn't a fool proof plan to avoid getting banned. SEN Enabler doesn't even work on CFW since 4.88 due to changes Sony made to OFW. And it's now just incorporated into CFW
