PS4 Any news on E4 flasher?

Hi,
I was a big fan of E3 flasher. Had a downgrading service during those days and there was a high demand on DEX, good times.

Got nostalgic and googled it only to find that an E4 version is already in testing phase! but no news since early 2021. I tweeted at LightningMod but got no response. I'm okay with soldering and planning to do this only to revive the downgrade service scene in my local town.


Q1: Is the E4 commercially available? Is it worth it?
Q2: Do you think there will to be demand from people to refer to downgrading service to get the magical 9.0v?

You may be able to create a NOR backup but not patch it and downgrade it . So , it's useless now .

We have been able to do this for years. The flasher isn't the issue. Unless you have a dump from the console you want to downgrade it will not work.
