I attempted to install cfw without a computer with help from a friend and i managed to F%$# HEN up and now my ps3 says I'm on CFW but it isn't letting me update with the files and i can't transfer files to my usb (i was using HEN to transfer files via ftp)
PS3 Anyone know how to remove HEN/CFW without a usb or computer?

You cannot use HEN on CFW, it doesn't even have sense...
You cannot remove CFW for the same reason why you cannot remove OFW. You can overwrite it, but not without USB (except DEX fws and hybrids which allows to update from HDD). Eventually you can use DVD-/+R/RW or BD-R/RE disc.
