I have one PS3 with 4.88 Evilnat CFW and one with HEN. The only programs installed after were the latest Apollo Save Tool, Multiman and WebmanMOD. I didn't change any of the default settings the CFW and HEN started with, same with the settings for the 3 homebrew programs.
I'm trying to use Apollo Save Tool's Activate Account feature on an account with no PSN attached for each respective PS3 system. However everytime I attempt this, I get:
Error! Failed to write to xRegistry.sys
Do I need to change a setting in CFW or HEN or Webman/Multiman to be able to successfully complete this step (I see an 'enable writing to flash' setting, for one example)? Or do both PS3's happen to have something wrong with their xRegistry.sys files? Thank you for any help on this.
