first clean the contacts of the card.

or the contacts ON the console are dirty.

Even if the card filesystem is broken/corrupted/gone, the console shoiuld show the card icon if it managed to comunicate with it

I put other MC in slots PS2 slim and Works normally

EDIT: I doubt it's the case. but if card looks original, make sure the sticker on the back says SCPH-10020,
if it says something else, like COH-H10020 / SCPH-10020T or DTL-H10020 let me know
