Hey guys I hate to be distracted when playing so I don't play without a headset I have been playing ps1 games with a headset with dongle (pulse 3d) and it works perfect the audio if very good but I bought a new blietooth headset because it have npise canelation but I couldn't use it with my CFW slim ps3 also I heard ps2 games can't be played with a headset so my question is there an adapter or something that can transmit the audio from ps3 to my headset that will work with ps1 ps2 and ps3 I really need help I have been searching for mods and adapter for 2 whole days and am getting really hopeless

For PS2 the only way is if you take the audio signal from the PS3 video output connectors (the HDMI and the AV connectors includes audio)... or from the TV audio output
I guess something like this should work https://www.electrofun.pt/en/car/usb-audio-bluetooth-transmitter-with-35mm-jack-cable

You can connect it to the classic "PlayStation video cable". It have 2 RCA connectors red/white for audio stereo you can use an adapator "RCA stereo to female jack 3.5mm"... then plug the blutooth transmitter on it

Or... connect the bluetooth transmitter directly to the TV female jack 3.5mm

Edit/bonus:
If you like hardware modding you could solder 3 wires internally in the AV connector of the PS3 motherboard to take the audio and then:
Option 1) find some way to attach the bluetooth transmitter permanently powered and hidden inside the PS3
Option 2) drill a hole in the PS3 case to install a "female 3.5mm jack surface mounting" and connect the 3 audio cables to it
