PS4 Best and most stable Goldhen version

Hey people, hope all are well ?
I need some advice on what goldhen to use on 11.00 ps4 as my ps4 hardly ever shutdown properly.
I disable the internet have no apps running and I even unplug my luckfox usb.
Really hope someone can help.

why shut it down? Put it into rest mode instead
