Best Media for Backing Up PS2 Games

Just got high on the Jabu Patcher for burning and backing up Playstation 2 games, and I want to know which media you use to burn PS2 backups?

DVD+M if are readable by PS2 laser (if DVD+R is, then M-Disc also should be too).
