PS3 Best overclock CECH-250X 0C or 0D? statistics?

Okay, I was a user of the RSX overclocking thread. Came back and no access. Couldn't answer the questions asked in that thread.
This is the intro. LOL.

My CECHK08 overclocks 600\925Mhz. Good memory, bad core.


I wanted to ask the guys in the thread, in that overclocking thread.

I have a choice of CECH-2508 and data code 0C \ 0D. Which overclocks better? Or is there no difference in statistics?
