Best way to copy games out of my ps3 to another ps3?

Hello there, i wanted to know the best and fastest way to transfer files or games from one ps3 to another. Both the ps3 are on using HEN. And i dont have a WiFi connection at home. I heard we could transfer data via ethernet cable? Is it possible? If i could copy the game or files to a PC and then copy it to the second PS3 would also be fine please help me out

If both PS3 are on same fw version, and there is nothing important on hdd of the "target ps3", "Data Transfer Utility" will be helpful. Just look for it on youtube or, PS3 manual.
