PS3 BG Toolset: Main Site Wont open

I have updated my PS3 FAT to 4.86 and tried to open BG Toolset Main Site and nothing is appearing. It is saying "this page cannot be displayed. I have tried to open it 5-10 times. Any information on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

its this website that told me my ps3 is not cfw compatible
