Yes, and I think that this program can give an error, it is solved by changing a record, there is a video on youtube about that, and well I don't know what programs Ramzids used15, I think he mentioned db Master 11 and I think he used tools from FIFA 2014, although I saw that the extensions that had their files were different from those of ps3 but they still work, the truth is that I prefer the fifa as it is more complicated to make modifications, but you are a talented guy you could do something good with those tools.
i work to make fifa 19 BLES02258"Fifa19 Europian Edition" multi language along with arabic one like PES2018 so it will be MULTI9 ,as for when someone copy the arabic files from BLES02259 only english and arabic shows ,those are the files of BLES02259 "Fifa19 Arabic Edition" :

  • ara_sa.bh
  • ara_sa.big
  • data0.bh
  • data0.big
  • data7.bh
  • data7.big
  • options.viv
i decrypt the big files with FinalBig program and succefully add the arabic language and arabic language flag at first language selection so
  • it show arabic language along with others in first selection
  • it show arabe language in audio commentary selection
i see that ramzi regenerate data0.bh,datax.bh cause i saw the md5 are diffrent compared to original

so what came to my mind is i need too to regenerate the *.bh so the fifa can see my patched big files with new ara_sa.big/ara_sa.bh

What i do is :
Fifa 19 BLES02258 MULTI8 + Arabic language imported to data7.big (speechdata)+ modified locale.ini inside locale.big + imported ara_sa.db,ara_sa-meta.xml (from local.big of BLES02259 Arabic Edition) = FIFA 19 BLES02258 MULTI9

When let data0.big of BLES02258 the word "العربية" shows as "______" and when i use data0.big of BLES02259 it shows the right word i compare both data0.big of BLES02258 & BLES02259 they have diffrent font ,i think one contain arabic lettres and the other is not

in data7.big i extract ara_sa folder from BLES02259 and import it to BLES02258

When i let original data7.bh,data7.big of Europian Edition (BLES02258) the game freeze/crash but when i copy the data7.bh,data7.big game launch normal but there is only english and arabic commentary audio file when i select other language the commentary is mute as the files of those languages does not exist in speechdata folder

Game work but i can use all text language beside "العربية" if i choose arabic language game will crash but i can select arabic commentary and arabic voice work





So i think my problem is with *.bh files look like fifa bypass my modified files and doesn't read the ara_sa.big/ara_sa.bh

interesting I wanted to do that using those 2 big and bh files to add Latin Spanish to a physical version that I found in a second-hand sale BLUS31617 This version only brings 2 English and Portuguese languages Brazil, the only thing that came to mind is that I had to modify some database of the game to include them or it could be a problem of incompatibility with the eboot so I left it there is not much infomation of fifa modifications for consoles maybe because this game came out every year.
 
I tried to add Brazilian Portuguese to EU version and it didn't work , it did not load any commentary . I remember replacing the locale.big but it didn't do the trick . I find Brazilian Portuguese to be the most spectacular commentary language . Maybe also Arabic ; )
But we should focus on Fifa 20 ( i mean Fifa 19s or Fifa 17sss ) !

I work on make in multi language it works and read the availble languages as i edit locale.ini inside locale.big to add text language and commentary language to the files of ps3 bles02258 so nothing to worry about of version bles02259 or even EBOOT.BIN but my problem is bh files if update bh files with no modifies files the game will work i think and i don't know the purpose of options.viv file

You need add language strings in locale.ini which is inside locale.big and add your language xxx_xx-meta.xml and xxx_xx.db so the game can't show them and add the language files to audiodata/speechdata which is inside data7.big but need to regenerate bh files so fifa can have no crash
 
friend can you give me the name of that editor of bh that you used or some link, those that I get ask me to have versions of pc installed.

put the game in ps3 drive. rip it to folder format. files will be back.

if it was a psn game, delete it. then login to psn store and redownload game.
