Before you try anything - first let's make sure you're aware that BO3 is one of the few games that actively look for homebrew on your PS3 and reports that to PSN if found, leading to a ban as soon as you hit the online option in the game menu. If you were planning on playing online then that black screen might have just saved your ass. Note that not enabling HEN will not help since the files remain on the disk. The only way to be able to play BO3 online would be to completely revert it to OFW and reformat the disk to remove any evidence of homebrew ever having been installed.

If you want to just play in single player mode offline then we'll need to try a few things out to eliminate possible causes - does it work when you run it from the original discs with HEN disabled? Then from the original disc with HEN enabled?

That is false. I've been reversing bo3 for a few months and and the only checks/challenges answered by the client are:
1. 3 crc checks of the .text segment of the eboot, so editing the process via rtm, sprx or a modified eboot will be detected.
2. dvar checks, like cg_fov, g_speed etc... which can be modified via console commands.
3. cfw syscalls checks, the game calls syscall 6 (lv2_peek) with argument 0x800000000F000000.
4. tmapi/prodg check by calling sys_deci3_close.

Black Ops 3 does not, in any way, verify if your ps3 have homebrews. I even hooked the function answering those challenges and it seems like it's never called so i guess the anti-cheat system has been turned off on the server side.

so i forgot to answer but i managed to fix the problem and what was causing it was confliction within the files, i had two different versions of bo3 and once i installed the pirated version the legit and pirated version didnt load. so i deleted the gamedata and it worked flawlessly.
