PS3 Black Screen using Apps and Games

Hi, I need help guys, I installed Evilnat CFW (FULL CFW (no NOBD/NOBT)) a while ago on my CECH04. Installed some games using multiMAN and also had webMAN, everything was working alright.

I sent the ps3 to be cleaned and repasted and when I got it back everytime I try to launch a game, black screen and needs a reboot. Also happens when trying to launch multiman.
Strangely enough, when I insert DVDs in it, they dont even show up.

Now I have been searching for a fix because people have had the same problem and I have read that MAYBE the Bluray tray isnt properly connected to the motherboard, causing the CFW to be in permament conflict (due to not installing NOBD CFW) and that also would explain why it doesnt read DVDs. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Well if that is you problem it's not hard to check to see if the ribbon cables are in properly and maybe check the connections or the ribbon cables are nice and clean with ipa but be careful cleaning them if you do as they are delicate. It's not hard to get to the blue ray drive just remove the top cover and it's on the righ of the console. Watch a you tube video if your unsure
