Yeah if anyone will know it is him. I had trouble trouble with the CECHL I had. It is a very unique system and unlike any other PS3. It is the only one that uses PATA instead of SATA. They tend to get ROS and there are a few apps (nothing important or useful) that won't work with the CECHL for some odd reason.
 
It looks like really bad dump. bootldr is totally screwed up. Same question than bguerville. And what is the condition of the console (working, bricked, yloded?...)

As you can see all valid values known should start with 2 zeroes, but you have values 0xCC963677 and 0x71B339E5
This suggests the flash chip contents are very corrupted
*The bootloader cant be regenerated, it seems you corrupted it, so the console will never boot

Yes, the console is working. It was collecting dust for years at a friend's house and I decided to play some games on it. I dont think it ever yloded and no1 ever tried to jailbreak it

That's weird. This is by far the most reliable method. Maybe a corruption of your dump file due to bad usb drive/bad copy. You should make another dump and use different drive.
 
UPDATE: I created a new DUMP with a new USB drive and it came out with 0 warnings and 0 errors.
