PS3HEN Can I get banned for installing PKG and going to an OFW?

Hello, well I have a PS3 here, and I put the HEN on it along with the HFW 4.88, I installed a PKG game, directly from the pen-drive.
Then I put in an OFW and the game continued to run normally. (I installed HEN and the game on another PlayStation user, but what HEN was done I deleted it)
And I wanted to know if I run too many risks of banning if I play this game on OFW with the account connected.

While the risk may be low I wouldn't suggest it. The game isn't on your PSN profile if they were to check. If you keep it only play offline. If you are talking Scott Pilgrim it was removed from PSN so you can't legally obtain it. And while I am glad you went to OFW make sure you check the rules. We can't and do not do piracy talk here. Not saying you did but the post kinda implies this.

I get it, but I logged into the game 1 time online to make the settings, it synced the game trophies to my account, is there any problem? Can I play offline, then go online and then sync the trophies to my account?

(I was referring to The Amazing Spider Man game, I didn't find it on PlayStation Store)

So using hacks of any type are never "safe" as no one knows how they detect hacks but what we do know is Sony has updated how they authenticate PSN ID's this is why there is no spoofing on 4.88+ and I lost literally thousands of dollars worth of games. Banned my account and all activated games across PSP, PS3,PS4 & Vita games. And I NEVER played online I only bought my games from PSN and Netflix. So I never go online with my main account anymore. You can unban a system but not your profile and games.
