Ultimate Toolbox has many coldboot files.

gameboot it requires to patch game_ext_plugin.sprx
If this file is replaced directly in dev_flash, you can have a soft brick on HEN. On NAND it could be a hard brick.

You need to copy the patched file to /dev_hdd0/tmp/gameboot/game_ext_plugin.sprx and use webMAN MOD.

Ultimate Toolbox is worked on cfw not hen

As far as I know, Ultimate Toolbox is for CFW, but some features like coldboot and others are compatible with HEN.

The HEN enabler included in Ultimate Toolbox is not updated for 4.89. So its partially supports current HEN.
