PS2 Can my HDD sata 3,5 run a game when i put inside PS 2 FAT? boot from MC-Boot Memory Card 8Mb

So I bought a PS2 with an MC boot memory card and a 500GB external hard drive with a lot of games on it.
So I have two 1TB hard drives. Rather than letting them go to waste, why not use them for my PS2?
But I'm still not sure if they'll be readable or what method I need to use. I'm hoping you guys can help me.

First you mentioned 500 GB external hard drive.
Shortly after that you have two 1 TB hard drives?!
500 GB = 0,5 TB.
500 GB + 1 TB = 1,5 TB
1 TB + 1 TB = 2 TB
1 TB + 1 TB + 500 GB = 2,5 TB
Which one is it?

For most FAT models you can buy Network Adaptor to use 3,5" Hard Drives internally:

If you want to use them (HDD) externally the main problem will be insufficient power supply through USB ports.
This happens especially with 3,5" and\or sometimes even with 2,5".
So to make it work you need additional power supply.
Something like that:

As for a file system.
For old homebrew you need FAT32.
For newer (OPL, neutrino, wLaunch, etc) exFAT.

Okay, first I need network adaptor. because my old HDD was SATA
and i think i just need 1TB then,

and for the format should be "exFAT" like my external hard drive (2,5)

so i just put iso/zso in HDD or need some boot launcher?
