PS3HEN Cannot install any homebrew application with 4.86.1 firmware.

I successfully updated my PS3 to 4.86.1 firmware and also installed hen 3.0.1, but when i try to install multiman or any other hombrew apps even after enabling hen, it gives me an error.
It also give me an error when i try to enable my hen toolbox and restarts my PS3. then it tells me to connect my ps3 controller to the ps3 console, after that it tells me that the ps3 is not working properly. it tells me to the press ps button to restart and if it still doesn't work then tells me to press select and start together and update the ps3 again. i tried both the methods but it's not working.
Please help me with this.

i dont think it should be making you update each time...

install hfw twice
reinstall hen
reboot and enable hen

leave hen toolbox alone for a while untill you know if hen is running right by itself. add toolbox later after testing...

hen should be enabled right after startup for best results.

if using external ntfs usb on hen use this multiman

But well i use fat 32 usb for installing files like multiman but it gives me an error with some code so, what should i do?

reinstall hfw (2 times) then reinstall hen. do not install toolbox untill hen works without it.

Yes, but now i downloaded multiman again and works super fine.

that error means "too many files open". error code list here. i do not know how to fix it though.

it was justa pendrive issue...
