Can't activate system(error 80029519), help me please

I haven't got any problems with the first time I activated system, everything worked fine, my psn pkg games with exdata activation on the fly. Any problem, until I decided to deactivate/activate system to run Crunchyroll downloaded from PS Store. I deactivated successfully, but after that I couldn't reactivate my console(error 80029519).
Today all my pkg games started to show error 80029514, even PS2ClassicsPlaceholder which worked fine until today. Also, I noticed that act.dat is missing in home/0000XX/exdata( game .rifs are still there so i don't know why they don't run)
What I can do to solve this? thanks in advance, and sorry for bothering you with this

reboot your PS3 and dont run HEN, then login to your PSN and activate.

if that still doesnt work, just create a new user, re-login your PSN and activate.
 
Could you try to enter account management on the web:
https://www.playstation.com/en-in/g...-activation-deactivation/remote-deactivation/.
Look for "account management on the web" hyperlink.
After login in, choose other settings (it should be at the bottom).

Look for Playstation Systems.
You can only have two PS3 system activated for the same account.
If you have more, you'll need to deactivate it.

Warning, you can also deactivate all system, but I don't remember how often you can do it (maybe once at 6 mounts?).

EDIT: Also try to log in without HEN, as remiei suggest.

I needed to delete my account first, all my saves :( F

Yeah, I tried everything including this but nothing. Any system to deactive or unlink from my PSN account
Maybe I messed up when deactivated system, idk

I now have this same problem after changing my cid, any advise would be very nice thing indeed. My console is ban so I can't login without Hen activated.
 
HEN/HAN/CFW users should get into a habit of backing up important files like xregistry.sys, act.dat, rifs, saves.

Simplest way is to backup dev_flash2/etc/ and dev_hdd0/home/. You will get some extra non important small files too this way but it's easy to do and they don't do any harm.
 
Fixed the problem with a new 3rd user account, But Hen is not activating games for all accounts like it used to. I did backup both act.dat? Can I do something with that maybe?
 
I wonder what I did for the act.dat to disappear, at least to prevent it happening again. Oh well a new user account worked I'm happy with that, I think I may backup all saves and delete then recreate the same users accounts. that worked last time.

same error here! what's the easiest way to fix this?
 
Yeah i get that same error except for my disc games, my gta v (modded) works perfectly. I recently modded minecraft and COD Ghosts but they both have the same error. I don't really know why.

UPDATE.. NO PS3 systems active but still can't activate PS3.. Switching back to OFW 4.88 and see what happens.. Will update this if able or will post another below..

Same error on 4.88 OFW.. Don't need much apart from my download list (Which I can get but over 300 items in the list won't help. lol) .. Can get games elsewhere anyway.. ALL I want is my games paid for on PSN Store. Not too much to ask is it?

419 items to sift through. :( Most are LBP 1, 2 and 3 stuff, Skits for ALL the Tales of games and other add-ons and games.. Will get them anyway and back up to new 4TB drive.. Not loosing them again..

Back to Evilnat 4.88 CFW now..lol - NOT 4.88.2 Beta yet but it is stable. Few bugs still but NOT System/Game breaking.. I change firmwares like people change socks.. Testing purposes to help others out.. I don't mind!! Done it TOO many times that don't need a guide now on toolset page. lol

Evilnat 4.88 CFW - Lost Package Management.. Changed CFW and back. Still there with this install - Thankfully.
4.88.2 BETA version may have fixed this but not found out how I lost it with first install..

Pee'd off now.. Got Dragon Age Origins - 12GB PSN.. On the hunt again!! lol

Thanks your tip worked,I deleted the user and recreated,I wasn't going to be able to just login without hen as I m in 4.89 hen and I don't want to update to 4.90 tired of updating everytime...
 
hey guys! I Know this thread is not so fresh, but dont want to open a new1.
so, im facing an issue, that I never seen before.
Went back to OFW 490 from cfw, and after i resetted the system my system activation under ps network is missing. tried safe mode re install 490, stay the same.
anyone any ideas? I't be greatly appreciated!
