Im trying to download the ps3 toolset through the internet browswer on my fat ps3. I have my date and time set correctly, i updated to firmware 4.90 through a usb from Sony's site, and deleted the cookies, cache, search history, and authentication informstion. But everytime I enter the url for PS3ToolSet, it always comes up with the error:
X HTTP Error 403
X Integer Library file downloading error
X Session GC failed
I've been following MrMario's guide for CFW 4.90.

Well damn I guess I ain't the only one who reported an issue with the toolset it keeps erroring bout my browser failure to allocate on my superslim as well like on both superslim and my CFW slim

However HEN must've been at fault here because I rebooted fully and re ran the toolset and now it's working.

I just went with HEN and HFW.

Edit: I also dont know if the issue was from me downloading the official 4.90 update from Sony, but I downloaded that through a USB, and not over the internet.

Try the HFW flasher if bgtoolset not working that's a good alternative incase the site ever goes down.

Yeah i went through the thread last night and rebooted the PS3 last night and today. Still came up with the same errors, even in a fresh browser setting. I just went with HEN and HFW.
Not sure you understand.
Reboot is not going to solve the issue, ONLY a change of internet connection or local setup will.
