PS3HEN Can't dump act.dat & idps

Hello! I'm on PS3HEN, everything's going good, ps1 and ps3 games etc work normally, ps2 games won't run at all, so after like 500 video tutorials i found one that looked good, i followed all the steps everything went great, but ACT.DAT & IDPS dumper, won't do the job, it loads successfully after i put the files on local server, but it can never ever dump.
It says: File dumping failed!!
Error dumping file(s):
/dev_usb000/act.dat
/dev_usb000/idps.hex

Dumping idps alone worked fine, i got idps.hex. but i can't do it with that method, i can't find any way to dump act.dat alone. I've tried clearing everything, restarting browser/console, clearing my usb, EVERYTHING! Help! Thank you!

Well it isn't needed for HEN that was needed for HAN but sounds like your system hasn't been activated. There is no need for this with HEN and you can simply use FTP or any backup loader and it's file manager to transfer to a USB device.
