PS3 Can't load PSX,PS2,PSP Iso/Classics No FTP Lost admin control.

I recently formatted and rebuilt my PS3 system to wipe clean and restart. My issue is I can't load any thing other than my psn and ps3 disc content I can connect to psn and internet but not FTP and I've lost admin privileges on webman mod. Multiman did not fix my problem.
PS3 Specs:
CFW - Rebug D-Rex 4.84
Rebug mode
Cobra enabled
Nor (Slim 2000)

How badly have I screwed myself and can I save it?

Sure let me see if I can help. You can toggle Admin easily L2+R2+∆ give this a shot to see if it works. If you have access to a file manager which seems you do then you can disable plugins to diagnose the issue. I just change boot_plugins.txt to _boot_plugins.txt so then you won't have this issue to see if you can FTP back in using a file manager.

FTP restored but admin is still disabled when i try to go into the PS3MAPI tab. any idea how to get my psx/ps2 emulator working again?

Delete /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin then reboot and it should be fixed good sir.

Should I reinstall webmam it doesn't boot? Or should I stick to multiman

I reinstalled webman and had admin for a hot second and once I rebooted I lost it.

No idea man I do not use ADMIN on mine as there is zero use for it. Check your settings in webMAN. I only use webMAN for all my loading. I can mount via my phone as well so I do not have a normal file manager.

Verify if Cobra is disabled.
If you entered to recovery menu, the boot_plugins.txt is deleted. Therefore webMAN is not loaded.

If you switched to DEX you may need to reinstall webMAN.

Cobra is installed
I got PSX disc/classics/iso working
PS2 iso/disc working but my PS2 classics won't load properly no visible crash but also no video signal also my PSX classics stop working when I reboot but work when I disable cfw syscalls and history
