Can't seem to play nintedo on ps4...help

I have a ps4 with 9.00 update and retroarch, I've updated the retroarch and got the cores but it seem like the core don't work that well or, in gamecube sense, don't work at all. I'm still completely new to jailbreaking and I need someone to give me the loop on how to work on this, please

I've noticed today that my PS4 has been gathering dust. So I decided to boot it up. Was greeted by various updates. Eventually found out I ran out of PSN +. I can undock it, and spend hours relaxing in BOTW. I just can't go back to conventional consoles with the same tired formula shooter/sports/walking simulator.Not only that, but I realized how tedious it was to play FIFA/COD/GTA. I don't feel this way about my switch.
