PS4 CE 33106-3 error (cant save)

seems "it takes 2 of us" wont save. get the above error which im going to assume is a bad keystone or fake should i say. is there a way of fixing this error? is there a way to generate a matching keystone?

Keystone mismatch is a problem only if You have save which using different (it will not be read, not only write) and You want using it. In such case, You must decrypt old save, delete it, create save by game, decrypt it and inject old to new. Or create fakepkg which using keystone used by this save.

Keystone cannot be generated, it is unique per game (per title, not per disc/pkg).
