PS3 CECH2001B GLOD

So my son took a perfectly good working CECH2001B to his house 5 miles down the road and now it has issues. First there is no video or audio out on HDMI or AV port. There is Hard drive activity but the controllers will not sync with or without usb cable. Ran syscon on it(sorry error log on another computer at a diffrent location) and got all 0000000 FFFFFFFFF. Ran the bringup command just to make sure syscon was working and it booted. In the debug screen there were no errors on boot. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok ran syscon this morning a few times and got different results

This was running bringup 3 times.. each time crashing with flashing red power light..
 
Sounds like early RSX failure, though @RIP-Felix might be able to say what the exact issue is for sure.

Kinda strange that this happens on a slim though, I thought the 65nm RSX in these was safe from GLOD?

Just to rule it out, have you tried a different hard drive? According to the psdevwiki, 1701 GLOD can also be triggered by a failing hard drive.

I ran syscon on 4 yesterday.. all slims. 1 has 2024 and 2124.. bad hdmi or and av encoder. One had a code (sorry dont have it on this computer) for bad cell or bad firmware. And the last one is the oddest.. all 00000s accesses harddrive but has no controller sync, no hdmi or av and the system stays on untill you tun it off with the power button. And to answer your question above yes I tried changing hard drives.. it wasnt until I ran bringup without a hard drive in the system that this console even gave an error message. It too was all 00000 until I ran bring up that it gave errors and crashed.
 
OK so this is getting old.. just had another CECH2001B.. do the same thing. Put Epic Mickey 2 in game loaded.. went to black screen controller disconnected and system was unresponsive. Pull the plug.. power on.. controller wont sync even with cable.. no display.. wont enter low resolution mode.. no hard drive access... stays one green.. going to do syscon on it but got a feeling its going to be all 0s and Fs.
Thats like 4 consoles doing this since I started this thread... lol

If 4 consoles are exhibbiting the same behavior from the same copy of the game and you're using tye same TV setup, then I'm inclinde to say it's your setup or game. It's exceedingly unlikely 4 consoles would have the same odd error.

Not using same game.. that was just the latest. I started a new thread on the latest one. Short story.. Ran syscon came back hdmai or av encoder. Swapped known good hdmi encoder.. now instant ylod.. checked syscon again now its saying cell and rtx... lol. The error log is attached to the new thread I started.
