PS3 CECHA00 - Questions about black screen in PS2

I just checked the GH-023 service manual and the RDRAM is compatible :) I´ll try to find the BGA sizes and maybe try replacing them.

Seems like good news! Hopefully you'll find the BGA sizes and can replace them, I'll look forward your progress! And of course, thanks for the testing, since it's time consuming and such...

Guess you guys didn't read ps3 Frankenstein thread? I'm some cases I've managed to get it working again with swap of EE ic Rams and cxd9208 ic. Rare test as they aren't so much on Europe, most were USA /Japan imports and sent to be fixed. What caused no ps2 situation is unclear, I can't confirm. We most tech's believe when we do bga rework there may be a trace that passes internally under rsx area, that trace may lose connection somehow . If that board delaminate and that trace is not making good connection then we can change all ps2 side parts and still nothing.
Now what's wrong with those that didn't get rework on rsx side and still we change ps2 parts without any succes I think could be a deformation thing like. Rsx is pushed down but side of EE ic is up. So still somehow same trace goes disconnected internally from same via because of deformation with time. Idk just thought, not many people have time to get deep into them.
What is left to be done grinding a broken board layer by layer and find all traces from ps2 side, add wires external on motherboard for test. Another long way is to reproduce another motherboard pcb empty and port all parts and we can say new ps3 came out. That if Sony won't sue for "Reproduction is prohibited". It should not if person release pcb gbr files as open source and everyone will have to order individually from pcb factory. Also no serial number of pcb or any other marks to point big company to this new pcb.
