PS3 CECHA01 40nm to 90nm error

Hello!
I had to remove cell and rsx from one board to another, the original board was completely oxidated.
So I replaced cell, nands and syscon, but this syscon was patched with 40nm rsx and now i wanted to restore to default 90nm.
before change syscon i was getting 0xa0403034 RSX:RRAC:BX0:BX:FLEXIO_ID
I replaced the syscon patch with this codes :
w 3242 09 70 89 70 06 90
w 3254 21 E4

Now I still have 0xa0403034 but with BitTraining BE:RRAC:BX0:BX:BX_STATUS
I reflowed both cell and rsx again but the error code still persists
I dont know if i wrote the code wrong or if this is a bad cell or rsx or something else.

Unfotunately i dont have another one healthy, just 2 90nm with good readings.
I am from Brazil the fastest way to get one is removing from scrap or faulty consoles.

I've just replaced the Rsx with the 40nm and still get the BitTraining BE:RRAC:BX0:BX:BX_STATUS

So i assume the cell is faulty.

When you replaced with original 90nm did you undo the the resistor mod ?
