I purchased a BC CECHA01 that's been Frankenstein'd with a 40nm RSX and I noticed that when mounting PS2 games in ISO format through webMAN (using the webMAN Games folder on the XMB to load it from hdd0/PS2ISO), I get stutters in FMVs. PS2 games played off the disc, as well as PS3 games installed to the hard drive work fine as well. The gameplay itself in ever game I've tried has 0 issues too. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? It happens regardless of choosing netemu or the hardware BC. Here's a video of this issue occurring:
Edit: I think it may be an issue with the hard drive. I checked the file system under CFW Tools and that mostly fixed it, but there's still some minor stuttering. Might just try a hard drive replacement.
