So below are the codes I found on the "M" revision console. Seeing the 1701 with the 14FF code wasn't good news. However, I tested the console and ran TLOU for over 3 hours on Syscon fan with no errors. The console didn't have its original warranty seal but looked unopened with dried out white stock paste on the RSX and CPU IHS. After doing an RSX de-lid, I found to my surprise a 90nm RSX. In the "M" revision, it's meant to be a 65nm chip. I have seen this before in an "M" revision, which I posted on here some time ago.
After a CPU and RSX de-lid, I used to stars 922 thermal plaster and RTV Hi temp gasket silicone sealant to attach the CPU and RSX IHS back onto MB. The overheating CPU is now fixed, and the RSX isn't going above 65 degrees. Liquid metal was used to obtain the best possible results. Is it possible Sony fixed the console and installed a 90nm RSX to resolve the 1701 14FF errors?
Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Below is the SM log
