So far nothing, Nascar is making a longer video showcasing the OC with RSX OC on some games.

Your CECHL will work yes you only need Syscon. You can check out Rip Felix live streams to see how it's done. You still need the tbfreqfix for 3.8GHz only and I don't know where it's at tho

But be advised that it is NOT publicly RELEASED and nobody can really help you if you mess something up.
Do it fully at your OWN risk.
I'd rather wait till all doubts and questions are resolved on the release date
