Change thermal paste and pads

Hi everyone, after many years of usage i want to change thermal paste and pads to my ps3.

For the thermal paste i'm going to use an arctic mx-4, so what is the best way to apply it on cpu and rsx?

What thickness should the thermal pads be? If you can provide me a reference image on where to apply them it would be nice.

The ps3 is a CECH-2504A

Apply thermal paste by spreading thin. About thermal pads, you don't need to change them.
