PS3 Changing language does not work

I have tried valorous versions of webMAN MOD including v1.47.46h, but changing a language does not fully work for me.
I mean I changed a language from Polish to English:

Save settings.
Reboot the console.

Unfortunately only this item has changed:

All other things are in Polish:

PS3 HEN 3.3.0 on CECH-3004 with 4.91 HFW.
Currently I cannot test a newer version (e.g. webMAN MOD 1.47.47n) because:

@aldostools ? It's possible that part of wmm is part of the sprx while the translated sections are part of XML files for easy translating.
