Hello. I have a COK-002 board that shows no signs of power. I've checked all power circuits, and there are no short circuits on the board when the power supply is active. However, there is no 3.3V voltage on the Sc_Tx channel; there is no 3.3V voltage on one of the pins of the board's power connector—the fuses are on, but there is 5V and 3.3V.
