Hi. Your work here esc0rtd3w is remarkable. I've been enjoying NoPSN YouTube for quite a while. Thank you for that.

I've noticed that Spotify v1.22 and Yle Areena v1.00 do not work. Spotify loads forever upon startup with three dots bouncing around. Yle Areena requires an update to 1.02.

can confirm the extra check is simply an overlay that gets triggered, as you can see the Hulu screen for a brief second :D

HBO Nordic requires update to v1.11. The latest version on NoPSN website is 1.09.

Could someone update the NoPSN version to 1.11, please?

it is the 1.11 app with 1.09 patched EBOOT. i can try further patching it later, if needed

other notes:

1.09 patch no longer works on 1.11. crashes after loading /USRDIR/prx/ps3/libdemen.sprx

1.09 spoofed as 1.11 gives error (may work w/account). this makes me believe all (most?) changes (server infos?) are in JS/SDAT

HBO Go and HBO Now also updated to 4.40. here are original packages. i have not looked at these yet

HBO Go and HBO Now are no longer supported, but have had PSN checks removed anyways. the patch is done is JS, the EBOOTs are untouched. these may be able to be revived with a device check patch of sorts.

The HBO Nordic v1.09 spoofed as 1.11 works for me. No PSN login popups anywhere. I was already logged in before trying with v1.11 spoof (just straight installed the package) so I can't say how it behaves when you have not already logged in.

I can test later to logout and back in to see how it goes.
 
Any word on a working NoPSN Hulu 2.30 app as of yesterday 1.60 no longer works it prompts you to update to the latest version.
The Hulu NoPSN 2.30 test1 freezes at the login screen.

by any chance would you have a ofw playstation store v1.28 for some reason its not letting me download it from my spoofed 4.83 I'm using the latest sen enabler

I haven't actually tried the apps yet, I just wanted to confirm - I'm in Australia, so I use the NPEB versions right?

Also adding a vote for Plex if you have the time or energy, I'm finding Movian isn't as great for browsing my Plex since it doesn't actually let me access the Plex plugin, only through the network drives. Though, does anyone find that the apps run faster if they don't have to check in on PSN? Because the Plex app does have a RAM issue...
 
Hello esc0rtd3w, I have been testing Youtube-v1.12-v3.03-Spoof-[NPUP10028]-NoPSN-etHANol--NoFreeze-test2 on Rebug CFW 48.2.1. It is the only one that is working on my ps3. All the other ones just pause on the YT loading screen. There is no freeze but the app just closes/crashes it self after a while. Can you take a look?

That version is not really needed on CFW, as the patched version works fine on Rebug.

If you have issues, then it's something with your PS3.

Having said that, since you are on Rebug, you could try looking at some COBRA socat logs, or dumping them to text to check when it crashes.

That nofreeze test 2 package I think is older anyways. I'm at work now and cannot verify.
 
Hello esc0rtd3w, it must be something wrong with my ps3. I seen the 3.03 pkg work on YT that some people put up. I don't really know why its not working on my ps3 phat k edition. I have tried the Youtube-v1.10-v3.03-Spoof and it seems to work. Anyway don't bother with this, I'm sure you got more important things to do. Thanks for the hard work!

Update: the Youtube-v3.03-[NPEB01229]-NoPSN.pkg is working now.
