Hello esc0rtd3w, very nice initiative!

For those who are in OFW, is there any chances to get the original PKG for Spotify? Some users has reported that it doesn't work and it requires to login. Either way, I want to try it out, but I am afraid to install the modded version and then scrub the original files without chances to go back D:

I have just tested Spotify-v1.22-[NPEB02222] (link) and I can confirm it does prompt PSN sign in, with no apparent way to get around doing so. Since the file doesn't have the "-NoPSN" suffix like other packages in the Mega folder, does that mean that it's a copy of the official package from Sony's servers, with no alterations made to it?

Would it be possible to create a spoofed version of the newest 1.20 update for the European region version, similar to Netflix-v1.16-v1.18-SPOOF-[NPEB00874]-NOPSN? If not, it's not a problem. :)
Why not just try to update if you have a spoofed version installed and update should work without psn US version do's but remember if you sign out you will have to reinstall spoof version sign in on it then quit load again then update.

Yes.
I haven't tried the following trick for a little while but it is probably still working.

It is actually possible to backup the Netflix temporary folders containing the login data on /dev_hdd0.
Say you delete the app & reinstall it. If you also restore manually the temporary folders, it removes the need to sign in to PSN.

sorry, here are all the regions spoofed. mediafire repo also updated with original and NoPSN version packages.

JPN: Netflix-v1.03-v1.08-SPOOF-[NPJB00766]-NoPSN.pkg
EUR: Netflix-v1.16-v1.20-SPOOF-[NPEB00874]-NoPSN.pkg
USA: Netflix-v2.29-v2.33-SPOOF-[NPUP00030]-NoPSN.pkg

EDIT:

apparently the newest versions work without psn login, without patch! :)

Just updated to 1.20 official Netflix, and it does indeed work without PSN login. @RandQalan thanks for the tip anyway - I was not aware of it.
