Hello master, I happen to have a Twinsanity Crash (v2.00) (SLUS-20909), is there any config for NET? I'll try it on my PS3 HEN. Thank You.

Japan region fix for Twinsanity.

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex,Can you fix it? this game has severe jitter and frame dropping.
I plan on getting to this next. I will fix the pause menu freee 100% and try to improve performance as well.

I don't want to impose demands, but is it possible to fix the FF12 sound glitch? I'm sorry if making requests is wrong, but I have no knowledge of how to do configs.
good morning, someone would have a fix for street fighter alpha anthology
If I get a chance I will look at them.

Hello master, I happen to have a Twinsanity Crash (v2.00) (SLUS-20909), is there any config for NET? I'll try it on my PS3 HEN. Thank You.
You can use the v2.00 config with ps2classics_gui. Just choose the v2.00 config I previously posted when you are making the pkg.

The GX configs are made by sony too, but are intended to be used by "ps2_gxemu.self" (only usable in CECHC and CECHE PS3 models). We are using them in "ps2_netemu.self", so the results are doubtful because there are some GX config commands that doesnt exists in NET
Incase the GX config contains one or more of the commands that doesnt exists in NET emu then that config is not going to work as expected (because the incompatible command cant be applyed)

Thanks, Late Reply.

I used "GX" .config only for anything that needed a fix

https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/PS2_Classics_Emulator_Compatibility_List

I used the custom.config for the games here, official or unofficial (those are .NET)
https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/PS2_Emulation#Config_file_examples_.28for_netemu.29

For the Games Listed as "PS2 Classics" I didn't apply any .config fixes, unless the compatibility list specifically said so...........so for example Digital Devil Saga 1 used a fix, and Digital Devil Saga 2, no fix applied

I'm using super slim 4.82 han, not hen, Official Firmware

Console Model/Serial ::: CECH 4001b

No Problems for any of the roughly 3 dozen games I tried on the official compatibility list, plus some that are listed incompletely as apart of a series of sequals.

Just for anyone interested, no need to do twice the work, just had no issues (widescreen patches caused slowdown, starwars battle front 1, played fine slowdown with widescreen patch, star wars battlefront 2 too much slowdown on ps3, altered beast slowdown regardless of widescreen patch) (killer 7 widescreen patch, made contact zones harder to hit with gun .... devil summoner 1/2 no WS, only in 2 black bar fix ..... no widescreen patch because of error, dragion warrior viii, radiata stories, tales of the abyss, marvel vs capcom, freaky flyers, gitaroo man, unlimited saga never worked on usa release the widescreen patch) all those games worked on the ps3 plus about 2 dozen others with widescreen patches with no problem.

(generally about 2 to 5 frames less then the ps2 for the ps2 games on ps3, not a problem though)

Let me try to explain it in a different way :)
All the configs included in managunz, the PS2 classics GUI app, the ones published in psdevwiki, aldo web, or any other database has been "ported" to the NET format, because are intended to be used with the PS2 emulator named ps2_netemu.self

All the configs categorized as NET, GX, and SOFT are officials, 100% made by sony, the difference is:
GX & SOFT <--- has been extracted from ps2_gxemu.self and ps2_softemu.self, and was "ported" to NET format automatically by a program made by zar, but some commands availables in GX and SOFT emu doesnt exists in NET emu, is imposible to "port" that commands with a simple conversion, so that specific commands was ignored in the conversion... as a consequence, the config converted to NET format doesnt contains the original commands

NET <--- has been extracted from the official "PS2 classics" games published in PSN, it was not needed to port them, and everything works fine in all them. Also the fact sony was publishing games with this configs assures us the emulation is perfect

Thanks, I have then, about a dozen or so backups and installs that will be corrected. (EDIT). (for the .net files i can find for them, if exist, as may be included/auto applied, already in the ps2 gui app?)

"NET" .config for indicated "ps2 classics" ........... or in place of "GX" as indicated on the compatibility list.

Instead of using "NET" from managunz package (or in ps2 emulator gui package), for "x game" from compatibility list, i'll stick with: ps wiki page
the "NET" .config files listed there.

I've seen some example of merged files, here recently, I'll assume that isn't needed or those entries are more correct.
...............
...............
Onimusha Dawn of Dream using "GX" has the common graphic errors, interlacing or missing graphics depending on region of the game used in the ps3................this isn't indicated on the compatibility list and I wonder if "NET" fixes that because, the values are correctly read. (interlacing error in game menu still present after "GX" .config patching)

.............

nothing in "NET" folder for Onimusha DOD
in "CUSTOM" folder a .config, and there's on in "GX" (which is used and fixed graphic errors, but not interlacing menu problem, which is common also in PC emulators for ps2)

(thanks again, widescreen, doesn't impact performance without any issues already, may of had some iffy values because of the .config issue, again not a big deal 10 to 15 bad disks and reinstalls, should be finished in a few days, free time permitting)

Hello there. If possible, would someone take a look at the Shadow hearts from the new world to see if there's a fix for the black screen on some cutscenes?

(ManaGunZ_v1.38) the "GX" patch is a larger size and probably has been updated, versus the smaller sized one in the "PS2 Emulator GUI 2.2.3" package ............ for Onimusha Dawn of Dreams ............... I checked all my installed games, patch wise they seem fine, maybe more instances like this.........

will check this out asap.

Both the custom and gx configs are the same. The only difference is it includes game code at the end of config file, so that's why it's bigger in size. For interlacing problems, try this in game: press the PS button to bring the ps2 emu menu, hold :but l1:, :but r1:, :dir left:, and :but square: for 10 seconds (all together). Let go and press start. Go to configuration and turn XOR CSR to enabled. See if that fixes the interlacing problem.

Crash Twinsanity (v2.00) (SLUS-20909)

I tried Twinsanity Crash (v2.00) (SLUS-20909), config from ps3.aldostools.org/ps2config.html (ENC), PS3 4.86 HEN 3.0.1, PS2 Classic Placeholder, freeze on Loading.

Hey guys! I'm having issues with the widescreen patch for burnout 3 on my ps3. I'm using the thirteenAG pnach file and on PCSX2 it works perfectly as a "cheat". But when I patch my iso with ps2 patch engine to use on ps3, it doesn't apply the widescreen patch correctly, some parts of the UI aren't in widescreen. I think this is because the patch was designed with PCSX2 in mind.

Would anyone know how to fix up the pnach file to allow it to be patched straight onto a ps2 iso? Cheers!

I went ahead and tested the "GX" .config files with the added game tile info "slus" stuff..................using the above option, will corrupt in game video and screen with interlacing problem like the menus.

Otherwise the game is fine, except for the text/interlacing in the main menu options, and in the in game screen, which can be ignored and played well.

These games give different graphic errors, the usa version is the one I'm referencing here now.

The Japanese and the Pal 50/60 version both of these version work on the USA PS3, again have different graphic errors, I tried them all before, but now knowing I missed the menu, I guess if I'm luck I'll still have those files around to test out...................it may be the fix for one of those................guess I'll be back for more.

(I used, widescreen patch, and controller remapper to switch right joystick up down camera, which works on the, usa, pal and japan versions I tested before just not with the additional menu option ..... should of taken more notes but no big deal)

Onimusha Dawn of Dreams Europe with controller remapper patch and widescreen patch, black screen

Onimusha Dawn of Dreams Japan with controller remapper patch and widescreen patch, interlacing error is gone in the menu (fixed for the text), bad backgrounds can't see in menus and in chapter titles, special menu has no effect

Onimusha Dawn of Dreams USA, same as above, special menu does nothing, interlacing/garbled lines in text and graphics in menu and in game menu screen...................fully playable and you can read it.

............(special "configuration menu" only caused interlacing error in game, fuzzy graphics, for usa and japan)

all iso's had the "GX" patches applied to them to fix in game graphic errors, which did fix, except europe didn't boot, wasn't sure if it booted last time. (if someone does a widescreen patch to shrink the menu screens, that would come close to fixing it, but it is good as it is, playable and readable).(for the japan iso you can use the "gx" patch from disk one on disk two, its the same values if you look at the other patches for those disks) (because that was missing-in the package)

(took me a while, so I won't be testing any further, I didn't test unpatched isos, I have to do the old method because don't want to risk updating firmware 4.82 han, unless really have to. that means building the iso package, and signing the file and using "pkg linker 2.0" to install the images)
