Fixes black screen on boot and skips visual feedback rendering to fix graphical corruption on musou mode title cards.

PCSX2 has the same graphical corruption issue in software mode:

I'm curious to see what Sony did on the official config. They probably disabled it as well. :-p

Also:

Carried custom configs over to PAL and Japanese releases.

Enable pressure sensitive controls and fix the stuttering of videos. Jitter on the car selection screen, regardless if the shadows are disabled or not.

Disabled heat haze effect to improve the frame rate in the Lake of Fire maps. Still slowdowns do happen there, especially in the NTSC version. Zooming in the camera fully, near the fire shamans, seems to increase the slowdown in the NTSC version.

Gran Turismo Concept: 2002 Tokyo-Geneva (SCES-50858)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
50 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Enable pressure sensitive controls and improve the video playback (still stutters on the track selection, albeit diminished). Image shaking could happen on the car selection screen and during the race.

I have tested the Doko Demo Issho - Toro to Ippai. Apparently the game makes heavy use of hardware anti-aliasing, as seen here:
[BUG]: Doko Demo Issho - Toro to Ippai (Japan) and Toro to Kyuujitsu (Japan) - Wireframe issues on OGL · Issue #4674 · PCSX2/pcsx2 · GitHub
But there is no such problem in the netemu! It seems the emulator does support the AA1. So what is causing the MGS2 laser to be bugged? Maybe there is an error in the game code, since the game does work in the PCSX2 hardware mode (it shouldn't, in fact, because of no AA1 there).

Okay, got it. So if AA1 is implemented (can confirm it works for Trapt, which is an official classic), then why isn't it working in this game? Is the implementation of this game's AA1 usage not properly working? It could also be some alpha effect not working properly like in Alpine Racer 3/Berserk (which also has problems on older PCSX2's software mode only).

The bug is also present in the PS4's PS2 emulators:

Looks like the PS4 emulator manifests same issues like netemu. Otacon glasses are opaque too, but at least there is better frame rate in the rain.

my webman is not auto loading config anymore ,anyone can help me?

Download webMAN MOD installer again and reinstall the latest build.
If that doesn't fix your issue, provide an example and I will try to reproduce your issue to check if there is a bug.
