PS3 Compatibility List - PS2 on PS3

That issue is weird as it happens on actual PS2 hardware as well...just much less frequently. Probably unfixable as it is inherent to the game regardless of emulation or not.
As i remember game still have random freeze issue, even with fix, so just need do more saves in game!

Hello. Ps2 barnyard game in pkg and ps2 classic doesn't run well because of graphic problem. Almost all of bluetongue studio games have mipmapping issue. Can you make a config for it? Thanks so much.

Just want share with some info about Largo Winch: Empire Under Threat!
The issue is - Freeze (image gets stuck, audio keeps playing) after the first ingame custscene (just before the gameplay), Made with the openspace Engine. Which is causing a similar issue in Rayman 3

Some user tell me that he put ee clock to +3 on pcsx2 and play largo winch! He also got some value

Probably that will help solve that issue!

SLES-50841 works with config and not freeze anymore!

SLES-51093 still freeze even with config! But now its not hard freeze as before, u can push ps button and exit game (before fix u need reboot console)

This alternative config for PAL version:
- enables full height frame buffer mode from the NTSC versions of game (with the PAL video mode to avoid timing issues),
- disables tri-Ace's anti-tamper check that prevents patching the executable file,
- disables stencil shadows to improve the frame rate (not tested heavily, but tri-Ace games do benefit from this one in general).

This game would definitely win the award for PS2 game released in most regions...

Fixes slowdown, audio desync, and graphical issues by disabling full screen effects rendering (fog and sun glow). An accuracy command was also ported over from the GX config...unsure of what it does. Only SCUS-97113 has been tested.

Does what exists in the "aldoo" repository just fix the slowmotion and memory card problem or does it change anything else?

Yes, it fixes those two problems while also improving the frame rate by disabling bloom and fog effects. The iconic motion blur effect is still enabled. Generally, everything in Aldo's database is the most up-to-date and best config to use.
