Does the Ps3 slim (with the PS3 logo in black) can in any way to a semiBC for this game?.

Well, im kinda fool because i want to play this game so bad in my ps3 but it seems like i wont be able to do. :( :(

Echochrome, Journey and Rain does not work converting PSN-to-ISO (liberator 1.0), how did you get those games on this compatibility list? Tell me how they did it, thank you.
 
Hi,

I am using PSNLiberator for Assassins Creed Liberation HD but it kicks me back to XMB. Also I tried with both NPEB and NPUB versions but both kicked me back to XMB even after putting ASSASSIN_ISO on USRDIR folder

How did you add ASSASSIN_ISO folder to the ISO?

If it's on there as working then on3 of us got it working, hint the list was not just games created by PSN Liberator create but also by games that we converted manually

After years I managed to convert Rain successfully. Echochrome is impossible in all cases.

I ran PSNLiberator and liberate as "disc folder". FTP the game folder with added ASSASSIN_ISO folder to the PS3. I tested both with game folder and .ISO file using PS3 ISO Tools v2.2

Also - I can't seem to make games like Crysis (black screen) and Assassins Creed Liberation HD (goes back to XMB) to work. Games that are 1GB+ or games that arent 2D. The PSN Liberator logs are all success.

2D games like Trine, Matt Hazard and Earthworm Jim works perfect for me.

Any advice to try on Crysis and Liberation HD?

about Crysis I don't think you have a problem bc when you see the black screen the game actually installing it self in the console as a Game Data so leave it until it complete the installation it will take some time to install. But i don't recommend you to convert it bc the size of the game data of the game is the same as the game it self in PSN ver.

and for AC Liberation HD maybe you need to convert it manually bc I didn't used PSNLiberator before and don't forget to but ASSASSIN_ISO the in the game folder like this:
Game_Folder(you can name it anything)/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ASSASSIN_ISO

Thanks! I was able to make it work by converting manually. I noticed that the PSNLiberator also resigns the .self files which is why it doesn't work. I copied the original .self files and there it worked. This was tested for Assassins Creed Liberation HD and Far Cry Classic.

About Crysis, yes I had to wait and it worked after installing gamedata while on blackscreen. Very weird that it doesnt have a notification screen that says gamedata is being installed.

Any chance you were able to make Sacred Citadel work? I have no luck with it.

Also - I used psnstuffx to acquire rap files. Is there a better source? When I tried to load the latest database for psnstuffx, all the rap files were gone. Instead, it is telling me to install the .pkg fix which loads all the .edat. I don't think edat files are needed to convert psn into ISO so I thought it was useless to use the updated database.

Sorry Sacred Citadel return me back to the xmb .
and i think psnstuffx from what i heard is one of the best source for rap files. but i didn't use it form a long time and i don't know any other way sorry again.

No worries. Far cry classic seems to have a freezing spinning icon problem when doing its first autosave. Game loads fine as ISO but it is unplayable after first 3mins of the game.

I will try it to see if I'm having the same problem.

Edit: I test the game and it give the same problem, if i have some time I will see if there a workaround for the problem.

Ok cool. I think the issue is related to the autosave feature
 
Can you create a compatibility list for Ps3Xploit v3?
Example i can not run some games like midnight club la, nfs hot pursuit, lara croft last guardian.
 
I've converted quite a few of these successfully. But this and another list says Resident Evil 4 works and I cannot successfully convert it. I've tried NTSC and PAL versions neither work.

I just tried again (this is probably my 5th or 6th time) with NPEB00312, the version that everyone says works. I thought maybe my mistake was not converting it to ISO and just leaving it as folder format. But I converted it to ISO and it just goes back to XMB instead of booting. I don't understand because literally every list I've seen has shown it as compatible.

Since I've never seen it on any compatibility list just thought I'd mention you can convert JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle [NPEB01922] (not to be confused with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD version which has been mentioned).
 
Hi, sorry for pumping this old thread, but how you managed to convert Assassin's creed liberation to iso, I did all the steps manually, and the game starts, but freezes on the loading.

Any help ?

what tool or tools did you used?
and what are the steps you try?
use this tool (E/S/S/S/E Resigner v4.5.4)
I was having this version NPEB01386 and it was without any update or DLC, and don't forget to but ASSASSIN_ISO the in the game folder like this:
Game_Folder(you can name it anything)/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ASSASSIN_ISO
