Hey, Kami here.
I bought my PS3 from a thrift shop about a month ago. It is a CECH-2503A Slim model. A few weeks after, I decided to CFW it, as it is a supported model. Fast-forward to now, and it's acting very weird.
I got Uncharted: Drake's Fortune today, and I got to a decent point in the game. I finished the level, and the cutscene played, and skipped (a roughly half-second long loop). I took the disk out and put it back in, and the cutscene continued. After this, I saved the game, quit out, and the PS3 shut off. No beeps, no yellow light, just straight off. I had to unplug it and plug it back in again in order to get it to turn back on. I ran the fan test (hold eject when plugging in power) to cool the system down, as it was noticeably warm to the touch. Got the last syscon code from the blink code:
0001 0110 0000 0001 (1601)
And sure enough, when I reboot into PS3 toolset to check the syscon error codes, i see these main error codes:
Mostly code A0802022 (which IIRC is a video cable problem), with two strange occurences of a pair of errors:
A0801701 (Cell attention signal), followed by A0801601 (Cell deadlock condition). Timestamps are confusing, it was ~10PM on the 4th at the time of noLOD, but the timestamp said Jan 5th at 5PM, which is very odd.
I am very confused at this point. Please help me. I cant currently post img links, but when I can, I will showthe full errlog.
