PS3 Console blinking green and yellow after installing latest webman

After updating to the latest Evilnat CFW on CEX, I decided to also update webMan MOD. I installed the full version, and after it rebooted back to the XMB, the console freezes and the power button blinks green and yellow. I'm hoping this isn't the YLOD, so any ideas of what's going on?

webMAN MOD makes the LEDs blink when it is performing some operations like scanning for content (refresh XML or HTML) or when it is mounting a game. It also blinks when the plugin is loading.

Yeah I researched that, but I'm still confused as to why it would make the console freeze. It was like this for a good 5-7 minutes. And it kept doing it. My games are on a 2TB HDD.

Check the option 'Disable content scanning at startup' in /setup.ps3 and save. This option is enabled by default, but it consumes a lot of memory when the plugin is loaded and may cause random freezes,
