PS3 CPU scratched during delid, can it work?

Hello, I have a PS3 CECHC with GLOD, I wanted to do the frankenstein mod on it, first I removed the IHS on GPU and CPU, but I accidentally scratched the CPU surface, however seeing at the microscope it seems that the traces are only exposed but not interrupted (I attach a photo). Trying the PS3, it still has GLOD and keeping the power button pressed it goes into safe mode (but with no video) like before. Can the PS3 work if I do the frankenstein mod?

You should be fine.
I don't really understand GLOD too much myself, as I am struggling with it on one of my consoles too, but if it was dead it would have failed with an instant YLOD before even getting close to safe mode. Not sure if the damaged traces will cause you problems if you try to overvolt though. Maybe someone else more knowledgeable will answer that

Traces still look connected to me so it should be fine. If they were broken though there'd always be a possibility it'd rarely be used, but if it was and was broken then you'd crash.
