I have a PS3 CECHLO1 and I've been stuck with 1 danger and 2 warnings. I tried two different USB drives, changed the HDD to SSD, downloaded 4.91 firmware from both Sony's official website and darthsterine's archieve, rebuild database, restore PS3 system, but it always returned with 1 danger and 2 warnings. I've followed mrmario2011's flash writer and ps3toolset tutorial then tried modded warfare tutorial when it didn't work. modded warfare's recommendation was to keep trying until I get a good dump.
