PS3 HAN Debug Settings installation

Hello, I was wondering what is the installation of Debug Settings on PS3 ultra slim? Yes agree to convert his PS3 CEX to DEX and have the tools of developers but concretely, what can I do? The same as the PS3 jailbreak with E3 Flasher? Real Time Editor, Modding, etc. or what exactly?
 
you can't convert to dex. you can, however, use dex files, but I think you'll be severely limited.
